"He has helped me with my extreme traumatic grief more than any single person I know, and my village is large."

I help individuals and couples overcome difficult times.
Are you feeling like you are no longer in control of your life? Are you overcome with grief, trauma, or depression? Do you want to regain the energy and joy you once had, but don’t know how?
It is important to understand what blocks your path and prevents you from moving towards a better and more enjoyable life. Overcoming life’s challenges of grief, trauma, and depression are achievable goals. And, greater potential and a better future are within your reach, even in the most trying times.
My approach is rooted in both Existential and Relational Psychodynamics and stems from my personal experience of learning to live with a disability. Together, we will embrace both the dark and light aspects of life, while also letting go of that which you cannot control.
As a visually impaired/blind individual, I understand just how hard it can be to navigate life’s struggles and emotional turmoil. As your therapist, I will support, encourage, and walk beside you, past the suffering, past the blockages and burden, and into hope.
You don’t have to struggle on this journey alone…
